Control your mindset

It is not just you that feels stress - our work colleagues and work performance can be greatly effected also. Friends and family can also feel the negative side of your personal stress, something that many people would wish to avoid.

As part of Stress Therapy Sessions , techniques and mindset to self-contain stress so it does not affect others or technical performance are taught in an easy to learn format.

Eat your stresses away

Diet and behaviour affects our mood. This was greatly high lighted in the film 'Supersize Me' where a school of badly behaved teenagers were introduced to healthy vitamin based and unprocessed foods. The positive behaviour change was dramatic in this instance.

It may seem simple, but a diet in good quality protein, non-fatty carbohydrates, high in tryptophan and good proportion of green vegetables will almost certainly reduce your stress. Low sodium and avoiding processed foods will also help your stress levels immensely.
As part of our Stress Therapy Sessions a diet program can be formulated for yourself, based on your time constraints and lifestyle type.
